Estimated Delivery Time: Upon dispatch via USPS, you'll receive an email with your USPS Tracking Number. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 24 business hours for USPS to initiate tracking updates after receiving the email notification.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Ensure your shipping information is accurate, including the apartment number if applicable.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages: Front Row Seat is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once handed over to USPS. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact USPS directly at 1-877-275-8777.

Insurance Coverage: All packages include $100 insurance via USPS. Customers must contact USPS directly to file any insurance claims.

Order Cancellation: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled due to our swift processing. Also, we Do Not provide price adjustments i.e, flash sales, coupons not redeemed at checkout, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Cancellation Reasons: Products may sell out quickly due to high demand. If an item is unavailable, we'll ship what's in stock and refund the out-of-stock items. Additionally, issues verifying billing and shipping information may lead to order cancellation. In such cases, consider placing a new order with an alternative payment method.
